How this site handles the data of the people who visit it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It is a game’s site: there are no accounts, forms or purchases.

Browsing data
When you open a page, the systems that host the site (Vercel Inc.) and the network that delivers it (Cloudflare, Inc.) record technical data about the request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the type of browser.
They are needed to run the site and to protect it from abuse and attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept for the technical period the providers set for their logs, and are not used to identify you.
Statistics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no third party advertising cookies, so there is no banner to accept.
Cloudflare may set technical security cookies, for example to tell people apart from automated programs. While the site is in private preview, a technical cookie remembers that you entered the password. These cookies are necessary and need no consent.
If you write to [email protected], your address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you, and kept for as long as that takes. Legal basis: your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providers and transfers
Technical data is processed by Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Cloudflare, Inc. (network and statistics), based in the United States, as data processors. The transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR provides for: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses.
Data is never sold or handed to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR), by writing to [email protected].
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
